Breastfeeding with Elizabeth Stapleton

Going back to work after baby? Leaving baby and maintaining supply can be challenging! Learn how to pump, maintain your supply, and transition baby between breast and bottle in this 90 minute class. Take this prenatally or bring your newborn! This class gives individual attention to each participant, providing you with a plan for success!
Elizabeth Stapleton, IBCLC, has been serving the greater Lexington area for almost 20 years and helped countless women with “the basics” and through hard times. She is teaching several breastfeeding classes at The Family Center over the next months.

Each month we offer workshops to prepare parents and caregivers for pregnancy, birth, and baby’s first year. Fostering and adoptive parents as well as grandparents and other caregivers are welcome!
